Artist's Description

Yesterday, (June 25th) north of Whitesboro on Texas Highway 377, we encountered The Red River. Living up to its name, The Red River, filled and colored by the runoff from the red pigmented soil of its watershed after from recent rains, was still bank to bank and flowing just inches beneath its bridge spanning from Texas into Oklahoma. Juniper Point and the community of Sherwood Shores are on the right.
